Private studio rentals, are based on hourly rates. Multiple studios, or entire space will be pro-rated  accordingly. Multiple hours also available.  Please Note that there will be an additional cleaning fee.

Private Party, utilizing the entire dungeon facilities requires a 3 hour minimum and is $1,100 per hour, with a $1,300 cleaning fee, and $6,000 security deposit.
